As a registered partner of Amazon Web Services, we use AWS cloud technology to deliver our NGS analysis platform. Our compute nodes are dynamically instantiated in response to usage demands thereby eliminating the need to wait for job queues to clear - it's essentially like having your very own personal compute cluster! Our cloud architect team monitors resource usages and constraints, and works closely with AWS to adjust our resource limits in order to meet our customers' needs.
